What You’ll Do
- Set up and maintain computers, printers, and networks
- Help team members with technical support in person or over the phone
- Monitor systems and respond to IT requests
- Install and test new software and hardware
- Create user accounts and support new staff setups
What You’ll Need
- Finished Year 12 or equivalent
- Eligible to enrol in a funded Certificate III in IT traineeship
- Current Victorian driver’s licence preferred
- Interest in technology and problem-solving
- Reliable, curious, and ready to learn
