Mark AlcockDirector / Physiotherapist
Mark joined the company in 2014 following his graduation from Otago University in New Zealand. In 2016 he stepped up to become one of the directors of the company and is now clinic manager in Warragul. He has a keen interest in sports injuries and is in his final year of his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy. His interest in sports has led him to work for Tennis Australia at the AGL Loy Yang ITF Junior Tennis tournament in Traralgon with more tournaments on the agenda for the year to come. Despite normally treating injuries after they have occurred, Mark is also passionate about preventing them too by identifying concerns and managing them before they progress to injuries. Dry needling is one of his areas of expertise. Mark prides himself on keeping up to date with the latest physiotherapy evidence ensuring he provides a high level of care for all of clients from all walks of life.
Rachel Bickerdike
Rachel BickerdikePhysiotherapist
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University. Rachel is a West Gippsland Native and is currently the physiotherapist for her local football and netball club. She has a love for all sports. She plays competitive tennis, and is a former gymnast and gymnastics coach; as a result of her strong sports focus, Rachel has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates.
Kyle Salerno
Kyle SalernoPhysiotherapist
Kyle graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Kyle’s area of interest is sports injuries, along with spinal injuries. Kyle pulls double duty as both a cricket and football player, the former as part of the West Gippsland Cricket Association, and has recently begun acting as a junior cricket coach. Outside of work Kyle spends time with his family and barracks for the Brisbane Lions in the AFL.
Nicole Velez

Nicole is a graduate of the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay (located in Manila, the Philippines). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. Her professional interests lie in treating sports injuries, which stems from having interned with a football team, which taught her multiple techniques and methods of dealing with musculoskeletal conditions. Neurological and paediatric conditions are additional interests Nicole intends to pursue due to their complexity. Nicole is looking forward to working for a practice that is client centred and prioritizes the client’s well being by providing excellent service. Outside of work Nicole enjoys volleyball, outdoor running and going to the gym. She grew up with soccer and is currently learning the finer points of AFL. Nicole also enjoys reading novels and listening to music.
Elisabeth Wang
Elisabeth Wang Physiotherapist
Elisabeth is a graduate of the University of Melbourne's Doctor of Physiotherapy program, which complements her foundational knowledge gained through her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences. Elisabeth has a strong interest in neurological conditions such as BPPV and post-stroke rehabilitation. She also has a strong focus on treating acute knee and ankle injuries, such as ACL tears and ankle fractures or sprains. Outside of the clinic, Elisabeth is an avid traveller and foodie, born in Singapore, she enjoys exploring different countries and discovering new cuisines. She's committed to a healthy lifestyle to balance the foodie lifestyle, regularly engaging in Reformer Pilates and badminton. Elisabeth is bilingual and can speak English and Mandarin Chinese fluently, she also has a basic understanding of Cantonese and Korean, reflecting her dedication towards communicating with a diverse range of patients. Elisabeth's commitment to holistic health and her ongoing pursuit of the latest evidence-based practices strongly influence her approach as a physiotherapist.

Emily is a 2023 graduate from the University of Otago, New Zealand, where she completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Emily has interests in pelvic floor, geriatric and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Her Kiwi background and their passion for rugby have enabled her to work as a sports medic where she learnt to deal with acute injuries and understand players’ determination to return to play. Emily’s practice is to be empathetic and client-centred. She strives to help patients return to their work and hobbies, helping them enjoy daily living by creating personalised rehabilitation programs and following evidence-based practice. Being active and disciplined with her fitness, Emily understands the importance of smart training. She is looking forward to empowering others to live and move to the best of their abilities.

Michael or Mike to his friends, patients and clients, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of the Philippines. He has vast experience in handling musculoskeletal-sports-related injuries throughout the years of his practice. Though he advocates movement as medicine as a treatment principle, he also believes manual techniques are effective tools to make patients and clients move and be better. Outside work, Mike enjoys the outdoors and occasional sports activities such as basketball and badminton. He enjoys watching any sports events.
Caleb Fisher
Caleb FisherMassage Therapist
Caleb completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage at Federation Training Morwell/Traralgon. He has a dedicated interest in muscular injuries of the neck as well as the upper thoracic region and the arms. Caleb grew up on a farm in Devon North until 2012, where he moved to Drouin and commenced high school at Chairo Christian School.
